Bruce Springsteen has released his New Year’s Eve show he played in 1980 at the Nassau Coliseum Concert. The release is the fourth offering, which is part of his campaign to reissue classic concerts from his archives. This particular release, which is known to bootleg collectors as Nassau Night, features the Boss performing 38 songs and was the final show in a three-night stand. Springsteen and his E Street Band performed several songs from The River that night, including “Fade Away,” “The Price You Pay” and “Wreck on the Highway.” There is also an exclusive cover of Wilson Pickett’s “In the Midnight Hour.” Previous concerts released by Springsteen include his 2012 show at New York’s Apollo Theater, the 1978 concert from the Agora in Cleveland and New Year’s Eve at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania in 1975.
