David Crosby recently hit and injured a jogger with his 2015 black Tesla electric car in Southern California on Sunday, March 22. The 46-year-old jogger, Jose Jimenez, who was struck with the 73-year-old classic rocker’s car was airlifted to the Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara after the incident happened. When the jogger was hit he was “propelled” forward by the car and suffered multiple fractures, abrasions and lacerations, according to local TV station KEYT. Crosby was said to be driving 55 mph, which is the speed limit on the road in Santa Barbara where he lives. It was reported that he was driving towards the sun with limited vision when he hit the jogger. Early Monday eveing Crosby’s publicist Michael Jensen released the statement, “David Crosby is obviously very upset that he accidentally hit anyone.
