Paul McCartney and Ed Sheeran have joined forces with British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver to release a duet to promote healthy eating. The song, which will be used to support Food Revolution Day, was co-written by Sheeran while McCartney helped create the backing music. It will be released for free on May 15. “I got an email this morning to call Paul, he’s just put down bass on lyrics on a special anthem that I’ve written for Food Revolution Day,” Oliver tells the Daily Mirror. “I wrote it with Ed Sheeran. It’ll go out in beginning of May, viral campaign. We laid down the tracks and Ed set me the task of going out and getting the band together so I said to Paul, ‘Will you lay down the bass and he said yes!” Paloma Faith and Chris Martin are also said to be connected with the initiative. Food Revolution Day is an annual initiative aimed at children and founded by Oliver. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
