Roger Daltrey has said that his bandmate Pete Townshend “wants to make another record,” according to Rolling Stone. The last record released by the band was Endless Wire back in 2006. “He’s just talking about it,” Daltrey said referring to Townshend. “I’ve heard a couple of tracks, which are great. There are loads of things we can do in the future, but we can’t keep doing this sort of tour. This bit of our career is closed, but maybe two more doors open up. Pete is an incredibly vibrant musician. I could see us playing acoustically in some ways.” In the past Daltrey has expressed that he wishes to retire the band while they’re still on top of their game. The band is currently on their The Who Hits 50 tour. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
