Dennis Sheehan, U2’s longtime tour manager, has died. He was found dead in a Los Angeles hotel, and, according to TMZ, he was found just hours after the band kicked off a five-night stand at the city’s Forum. Sheehan was reportedly found unconscious in his room at the Sunset Marquis Hotel. TMZ reports that paramedics were called around 5:30 a.m. for an apparent cardiac arrest, and Sheehan was pronounced dead on the scene. According to the Irish Mirror, sources close to the group say the four remaining shows are still on the schedule. “Everyone who works with the band is heartbroken. This has come as a huge shock, but the view is that Dennis would have wanted the show to go on. But that could be subject to change.” Sheehan also worked with Led Zeppelin, Iggy Pop and Lou Reed throughout his career. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
