Fans of KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick now have the chance to hear some early recordings of his first band, KKB, an act which featured singer/bassist Mike Katz and drummer Guy Bois. Songs from those recordings have been remixed and remastered from the original session tapes, which had been lost for a number of years before Katz found them in 2013, and got in touch with Kulick, who revisited and released the material. “It was really exciting once Mike Katz, the principal singer/songwriter, found them,” Kulick told Ultimate Classic Rock. “I’ve been trying to archive as much as I can, because we all know that the different mediums of music do degrade and you have to be careful about that if you’re trying to preserve things.” KKB also recently recorded a new track, “Got to Get Back.” Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com.
