Fans can catch the Who on the big screen this fall as their 2015 Hyde Park show arrives in theaters on October 7. The sold out 50th anniversary concert saw the band play before a massive crowd of 65,000. “It’s a good gig. You draw from all over the country but a London crowd is always a good crowd,” said Pete Townshend of the show. The movie features performances of the tracks “I Can’t Explain,” “Who Are You,” “My Generation,” “Behind Blue Eyes,” “I Can See For Miles,” “Pinball Wizard,” “See Me Feel Me,” “Baba O’Riley,” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” along with interviews with Townshend and Roger Daltrey. Also interviewed are Robert Plant, Iggy Pop, and Johnny Marr. The Who’s upcoming North American tour kicks off September 14 in San Diego and runs through the end of the year.
