With help from his supergroup, Hollywood Vampires, Alice Cooper will lead a tribute to the late Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead at the upcoming Grammy Awards. The Vampires – featuring Johnny Depp, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan – will perform “Ace of Spades” as well as a new cut of their own “As Bad as I Am.” “Lemmy was one of those salt-of-the-earth guys,” Cooper told Rolling Stone. “Find me somebody who didn’t love Lemmy. He’s just one of those guys that’s impossible not to like.” “I might do it more ‘Alice Cooper style,'” Cooper added of the “Ace of Spades” cover, “but it would still have to have that growl, that guttural voice to make it work. I can’t picture, like, Creedence Clearwater doing that song.” “As Bad as I Am” will feature on the upcoming deluxe edition of Hollywood Vampires’ 2015 debut. The 58th Grammys air live from L.A.’s Staples Center on CBS at 8 p.m. EST on February 15. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
