David Bowie To Release French-Language Version Of ‘Heroes’ On Blue Vinyl

David Bowie has announced the release of a French-language version of his 1977 hit Heroes on limited edition blue vinyl. He’ll also drop the 2008 compilation I Select on red vinyl. The b-side of Heroes features a live version of the song recorded during Bowie’s Serious Moonlight Tour in 1983. I Select features songs from throughout Bowie’s career.More »

The Doors have been voted into the Ultimate Classic Rock Hall of Fame. The website hosts a monthly fan voted poll to induct classic rock acts into its HOF. According to the site, the 1960s rockers faced stiff competition throughout the voting process. “The Doors simply walloped their contemporary Jimi Hendrix by a margin of 61-to-39 percent in final round voting.”More »
