Van Halen Confirm Live Tokyo Dome Album Release

Van Halen have confirmed the impending release of a new live set, Tokyo Dome Live in Concert, set to drop March 31 on two-CD, four-LP vinyl and digital format. The band celebrated the announcement by unveiling one track from the set called “Runnin’ with the Devil.” A six-LP vinyl set in special packaging will also be available March 31.More »

Ondrej Pavelec, goalie for the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets, pays tribute to Bruce Springsteen with his protective mask, painted to match the cover of the Boss’ album Born to Run. According to Hockeynews.com, the art was done by Dave Gunnarsson, of Dave Art in Sweden, who specializes in airbrushing NHL masks. Eagles Forced Off Stage By High Winds In Australia

The Eagles were forced to bring a recent show to a close early when high winds threatened safety at the venue. The show took place at Bendigo, Australia’s Hanging Rock venue and the band vacated the stage after winds of over 100 km/h shook the outdoor stage.
