Former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth has filmed a New Year’s video for his fans. “Happy New Year from the Roth Show,” reads the opening announcement in the vid. “My name is Dave Roth, and what a long great trip 2014 was,” Roth says in the five minute clip. In the background his cover of the R&B classic “Mustang Sally” plays. As for Van Halen, the band has been rumored to be planning a 2015 album.
