As the Rolling Stones guitarist spotted Bieber, he went over to him and supposedly said, “Who the f- are you?” Bieber responded with, “I don’t know, who the f- are you?” After the exchange between the two artists it is rumored that, “Justin tried to bro down with him,” said an unnamed source.
