Phil Collins may once again be working with Adele on her upcoming new album. The Genesis rocker had previously hinted at a collaboration with the “Rolling in the Deep” star, but it looked like his contribution had been put on the shelf. Collins made headlines when he referred to Adele as a “slippery little fish” after apparently axing their collaboration last year. He claimed that she sent him a demo to work on but never responded after he submitted some lyrics and music. Now it seems the connection may be back on, as a source close to Adele revealed to the U.K.’s Daily Mirror. “Over the past few months, Phil has been working on the tracks once again,” said the anonymous source. “Adele put all her work on hold for a while, so it wasn’t anything personal. It was just delayed. She did tell Phil that she was prioritizing her personal life at that time, but now that she’s back in work mode their track is happening once again.” Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com.
