Paul McCartney and Paul Simon shared the stage during Saturday Night Live’s star-studded 40th Anniversary Special on NBC. The megastars also got the opportunity to take to the stage separately. McCartney and Paul Simon performed a bit of the Beatles’ “I’ve Just Seen a Face,” before Keith Richards later introduced him back to the stage by saying, “Hello, everybody. In the early ’60s, a band came out of England, you know, and it changed the world. But enough about the Rolling Stones. Ladies and gentlemen, Paul McCartney.” Sir Paul proceeded to play “Maybe I’m Amazed” while seated at a piano, joined by a band that featured drummer Abe Laboriel, Jr. and guitarist Rusty Anderson. Afterwards, Simon returned at the end to sing “Still Crazy after All These Years” to close out the show. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
