Jim Cregan, who is currently a guitarist with Rod Stewart’s band, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The former guitarist for Family and Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel has canceled appearances in this summer’s concerts with Stewart, one of which is a benefit for Prostate Cancer U.K. He made the announcement on Facebook on Saturday, telling fans, “As of today I’m waiting for the final results of an MRI which will tell the doctors how to treat it.” “How do I feel? Confused, worried, hopeful, and more in touch with what matters than a few weeks ago. The outpouring of love and kindness from so many people is an eye opener. It’s a time when you’ll find out who are your real friends.” Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
