Elton John has reportedly signed on to make a guest appearance on the upcoming album from Chic. The disco legends have already released the album’s debut single “I’ll be There” along with a video that features supermodel Karlie Kloss. Speaking about the new release on Facebook, frontman Nile Rodgers described the release as “a moving concept for me about decisions we make in life,” adding that the new single’s title lyrics were the “first words I spoke upon finding my partner Bernard Edwards, (RIP) dead after our last concert together.” In addition to the Elton John collaboration, Rodgers also recently confirmed that Janelle Monae will appear on the release.
