Phil Rudd’s sentencing has been postponed until July. The former AC/DC drummer faces up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of drug possession and threatening to kill a former employee. He claims he did thus while under the influence of drugs and alcohol and during a time when he was “pretty stressed” after his solo album, Head Job, failed to sell. The drummer has been on bail since his arrest at his New Zealand home in November 2014. AC/DC have been on tour with former drummer Chris Slade replacing Rudd in the lineup. Rudd said he is saddened by his former bandmates’ lack of support. “I’m very disappointed. I tried to get in touch with Angus (Young), but I’ve had no contact with him. They haven’t called me. You know who your friends are. That’s life.” Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
