Donald Trump has lashed out at Neil Young after the rocker told the mogul he couldn’t use his song “Rockin’ in the Free World” to promote his presidential campaign. On Twitter, Trump claims Young hit him up for money awhile back. “A few months ago Neil Young came to my office looking for $$ on an audio deal & called me last week to go to his concert. Wow!” He also posted a picture of the pair along with a shot of Young’s signature on a contract. “For the nonbeliever, here is a photo of @Neilyoung in my office and his $$ request-total hypocrite.” Trump had one more parting shot for Young, writing, “@Neilyoung’s song, “Rockin’ In The Free World” was just one of 10 songs used as background music.
