The film stars Streep as a grocery store clerk who’s an aspiring rock star by night. “Oh man, that’s fun,” Streep says in one online video as Young demonstrates some rocking guitar effects. “That’s because I turned everything all the way up,” Young responds, “and that’s what I want you to always do.” Director Jonathan Demme told Entertainment Weekly that Streep was so dedicated to learning guitar that she played it until her fingers bled. “She goes, ‘Jonathan look!
