U2 have announced six shows in Ireland set for the fall. In November the group, currently on their Innocence + Experience tour, returns to their home country for two gigs at Belfast’s SSE Arena (November 18 and 19) and four (November 23, 24, 27 and 28) at Dublin’s 3Arena. “It is great to be able to play the whole island of Ireland on this tour in particular, it was important to us to get to Belfast – and those shows should be something special,” Bono told The Irish Times. The announcement comes shortly after U2 kicked off the European leg of their world tour. “The Dublin shows are always like a U2 tribal gathering. We have had to quite literally rebuild the stage set for the 3Arena, but we got there,” he added. Tickets go on sale on September 14. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
