The Doors are reissuing their 1972 album, Full Circle, and it includes the original foldout zoetrope, which is device that produces motion via a cylinder that features various images. A press release describes the Doors zoetrope, which “depicts the human life cycle of a man from infancy to elderly.” This vinyl reissue coincides with the release of 1971’s Other Voices, another one of the two post-Jim Morrison albums from the 1970s. Morrison died on July 31, 1971. Keyboardist Ray Manzarek and guitarist Robby Krieger replaced the late frontman on vocals for these albums, which had a more jazz feel than their other previous releases. Both reissues of Full Circle and Other Voices, which have been pressed on virgin 180-gram vinyl, are available now. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
