Black Sabbath has been announced as the headlining act for next year’s Download Festival. The band will perform at the annual fest as part of their ongoing The End farewell tour. The band will perform on June 11. “Download is my absolute favorite summer festival,” frontman Ozzy Osbourne said in a statement. “It’s always like coming home. See you all there!” The End tour will start in North America with a January 20 concert in Omaha, Nebraska, and run through a February 27 performance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. After that, the band will perform throughout Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Tentatively their final tour stop is July 12 in Moscow, Russia. The 2016 Download Festival will take place from June 10 through 12 in England’s Donington Park. Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
