Rod Stewart says that he isn’t any closer to retirement. “Get out of here,” Stewart tells the Toronto Sun. “No way! I’m having too much fun. This body, still has moves.” He adds that he is still driven to make new music because “that’s what he was put on this Earth to do.” “It was one of the things I was put on this Earth to do . . . I love it. I don’t do it for the money; there’s no money in making records anymore,” he continued. “Unless you’re Taylor Swift or something . . . the likes of me, I’m happy if I sell a million copies around the world – and so’s the record company, incidentally. I do it for that creative buzz of doing something new. You don’t want to take that out of your life. Being able to hear one of your songs and sit back and think, ‘I wrote that.’ That’s a great feeling.” Copyright(c) 2015 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
