Charlie Daniels has shared a Christmas card with his fans. Daniels is seated in front of a fireplace in the new video card, wearing a casual black T-shirt and baseball hat. He wishes his fans a Merry Christmas and urges them to remember that “Jesus is the reason for the season, that is what it’s all about, Charlie Brown.” A slideshow of Christmas images and photos of Daniels performing and with his family during the holiday season is then shown, accompanying the singer’s version of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” The 80-year-old country icon isn’t slowing down anytime soon either. As for his plans for 2016, he has previously said that retirement isn’t an option. “I want to play music every day. I’ll stick with what I’m doing.
