Steven Tyler will release “Red White and You,” the follow-up to his lead country solo single “Love Is Your Name,” later this month. Tyler’s label, Dot Records, calls the cut an “American uptempo country anthem,” adding that it will arrive on country radio on January 25. “I think country music is the new rock ‘n’ roll,” Tyler has said of his foray into the genre. “I mean, you can listen to the lyrics, you can really get into it, just as you could get into ‘Stairway To Heaven’. Country’s not just about porches, dogs and kicking my boots up. It’s a whole lot more, but it’s about being real. You know, the world’s gone so far away from that. I hope it comes back.” Tyler has two solo dates scheduled to take place at the Avalon Ballroom in Niagara Falls on March 29 and 31. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
