Love you, granddad,” Jones tweeted. Bowie passed away 18 months after being diagnosed with liver cancer. Jones has since been flooded with messages of congratulations from well-wishers, with one praising his wife’s strength after going through so much. “She has,” he replied. “She’s amazing!” Bowie’s supermodel wife Iman also sent her blessings in an Instagram post.
