Bob Dylan is following up his latest album, Shadows in the Night, with another collection of standards. Engineer Al Schmitt dished on the latest effort from Dylan with Billboard. “It’s going along great,” he began. “He sounds great. His mood in the studio is fabulous. We’re having a good time. We’re like two old shoes together now, we’re so comfortable with one another now.” Schmitt added that Dylan – like he did with Shadows – will produce. “He’s extraordinarily smart and he’s so aware of everything that’s going on, so he knows what’s happening at every moment.” Last year, producer Daniel Lanois said that Dylan recorded enough tracks for a second volume to Shadows, noting that Dylan played him a number of tracks which could make their way onto a second release. Lanois produced the Dylan records Time Out of Mind and Oh Mercy. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
