Two Neil Young movies – 1982’s Human Highway and 1979’s Rust Never Sleeps – will be released on DVD on April 22. Pre-orders for both – packaged as a bundle – are available at Young’s official site, beginning February 29. Fans who make the purchase at Young’s site get a free poster. Human Highway will get a nationwide theatrical release one night only on February 29. The film will be paired with the concert movie Rust Never Sleeps and an interview with Highway cast members Charlotte Stewart, Russ Tamblyn and Devo’s Gerald Casale conducted by Cameron Crowe. Young’s 1982 musical comedy, which he wrote, directed and starred in, also featured Dennis Hopper. Rust, recorded October 22, 1978, at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, features a set list full of Young’s most popular songs, such as “I Am a Child,” featuring Crazy Horse, “Cinnamon Girl,” “Like a Hurricane” and both the acoustic and electric versions of his landmark song “Hey Hey, My My.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com.
