Don Henley says that, following the death of his Eagles bandmate Glenn Frey, the band is done. Speaking with the BBC, Henley said that the remaining Eagles’ tribute at the Grammys to Frey was an “appropriate farewell.” Henley, along with Joe Walsh and Jackson Browne, performed “Take It Easy,” a cut written by Frey and sometime Eagles collaborator Browne. “That was the final farewell. I don’t think you’ll see us performing again. I think that was probably it. I think it was an appropriate farewell,” Henley said of the performance. Henley, meanwhile, recently released his solo album Cass County, and says he’s “already thinking about the next record.” “It’s going to be very different from the Cass County album. I’m going to go back to – in the ’60s and the early ’70s, I listened to a lot of rhythm and blues and Southern soul music.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
