After announcing he’d be filling in as frontman for AC/DC, he was spotted at a rehearsal studio,” TMZ wrote via Twitter. Atlanta’s Rock 100.5 host Jason Bailey relayed the info from what he called a “very, very good source.” “This is what I’m being told: Axl was meeting with the AC/DC group, because it’s all but a done deal that Axl will front AC/DC for the 10 remaining shows,” he said. AC/DC recently canceled a slate of show’s after singer Brian Johnson was advised by doctors to stop touring or face “total hearing loss.” Rose has since been rumored as Johnson’s replacement.
