Iggy Pop’s newest, possibly last, album Post Pop Depression is his highest charter ever. The LP debuted at number 17 on the Billboard 200, his best showing since 1977 when his album Idiot landed at number 72. Pop’s band on the album includes Queen of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme, Matt Helders (drummer for the Arctic Monkeys), and QOTSA’s Dean Fertita. Post Pop Depression – featuring the previously released singles “Gardenia,” “Sunday,” and “Break Into Your Heart” – landed March 18. Pop’s support tour for the LP picks up on April 2 at Denver’s Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
