Foreigner founder Mick Jones says that he is in talks with singer Lou Gramm for a 40th anniversary reunion. Speaking on the podcast One on One with Mitch Lafan, Jones said that, despite hard times past, the guys all still think of one another fondly. “We were estranged after a while, but deep down I always had a great love for Lou, as a friend, as a coworker, as a musician, vocally, and as a lyricist too,” he said. Regarding a 40th anniversary tour, Jones said, “Well, it’s quite possible. We’ve actually been talking about it. I’m not at a point where I can say it’s definitely gonna happen, but we’re all working on trying to make it happen. So it’s kind of exciting. And hopefully it’ll be feasible and possible to pull it off next year.” Last month, Gramm said he’d like to get the band’s remaining members together to commemorate their 40th. “I think it would be terrific,” said Gramm. “It wouldn’t have to be any kind of commitment or anything. Just to honor that anniversary and do something.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
