The Who have been confirmed to perform alongside the likes of Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney and the Rolling Stones at an upcoming festival that’s being dubbed “one of the biggest concerts in history.” Neil Young and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters are also set to appear. Goldenvoice Entertainment, the promoters behind Coachella Festival, will hold the event in Indio, California this year between October 7-9. According to reports, Dylan and McCartney will perform on the first night, Rolling Stones and Neil Young the second and The Who and Waters on the third. The Who’s Roger Daltrey has now confirmed the reports, telling Canada’s Postmedia Network, “I think it’s us and Roger Waters on the same day. It’s a fantastic idea for a festival. It’s the greatest remains of our era. I hope a lot of normal fans can get tickets before they get snatched up.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
