Iggy Pop is set to reveal rare stories of his former band the Stooges in a new book titled Total Chaos: The Story of The Stooges / As Told by Iggy Pop. The book is being released by Third Man Books, which is a publishing subsidiary of Jack White’s Third Man Records. Writers Jeff Gold and Johan Kugelberg spent two days with Pop at his Miami home collecting information for the book, which includes stories about his music, drug use and crazy rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle. The 300-page book will also feature never-seen-before photographs and contributions from White, Joan Jett, Johnny Marr and Third Man’s Ben Blackwell.
