Guns N’ Roses have confirmed Alice in Chains and Lenny Kravitz as the opening acts for their upcoming North American reunion tour, dubbed Not in This Lifetime . . . . Alice in Chains will serve as direct support for the reunited GNR lineup from June 23-July 3. The band previously opened for GNR during their introductory Las Vegas concerts back in April. Kravitz will then take over as the opening act for stops on July 19-20 and July 23-24. “I don’t normally do gigs like this,” he tells Rolling Stone. “But sometimes you’ve got to do things for the fun of it, for the experience. I’m looking forward to playing with them and celebrating them coming back together.” Guns N’ Roses has yet to announce an opener yet for shows from July 27 through the closing stop on August 22.
