Charlie Daniels surprised the crowd at the 2016 CMA Music Festival when he brought out Randy Travis at Nissan Stadium Thursday, June 9. As Travis walked out on stage, accompanied by his wife Mary Davis-Travis, he beamed as Daniels gave them both hugs. The last appearance Travis made before this was at Kenny Chesney’s concert on June 4 in Texas where he joined Chesney on stage for Travis’ “Diggin’ Up Bones.” Travis also made an appearance at Blake Shelton’s set at the 2016 Off The Rails Country Music Festival at the end of April.
