Iggy Pop Says He Will Step Back From Music At Some Point

Iggy Pop has admitted that he will “step back” from the music world at some point. “I will step back at some point,” he says on this week’s episode of The Graham Norton Show. “Another album would be a big undertaking from an old git like me!” Pop last released Post Pop Depression, the highest charting album of his long career, this past March. Additionally, a book telling the story of The Stooges in Pop’s own words is to be released through the literary arm of Jack White’s Third Man Records. Total Chaos: The Story of The Stooges is set to be published through Third Man Books later this year.
