Steven Tyler has connected with fellow rock icon Jeff Beck for a cover of the late Prince’s “Purple Rain.” The performance came at Beck’s 50th anniversary show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles earlier this week and also featured singer Beth Hart. Tyler has been hard at work on collaborations of late and also recently connected with the members of Stone Temple Pilots for a country rendition of the track “Janie’s Got A Gun.” STP rocker Dean DeLeo broke news of the connection between them via Twitter and says that it was thrill to work with Tyler. “What a beautiful day we all had in the studio. Steven is electric. No one better !!! For real !!! Hope ya dig the track,” DeLeo wrote at the time. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
