A new study shows that Queen’s music is some of the most addictive ever written. The study, compiled following a mathematical formula developed by the University of St. Andrew’s School of Philosophical, Anthropological and Film Studies, says that Queen’s “We will Rock You,” “We Are the Champions” and “Bohemian Rhapsody” are among the top ten most addictive songs of all time. “If you look at the songs which emerged from the research, they all have a distinctive rhythmic fingerprint,” St. Andrews researcher Bede Williams told NME. “If we remove the melody, they’re still recognizable by their rhythm alone.” University of St. Andrews Top 20 Earworms: 1.
