Benedict Cumberbatch recently performed the Pink Floyd song “Comfortably Numb” alongside David Gilmour, according to Rolling Stone. The duet between the actor and former Pink Floyd member took place on Wednesday, September 28 at Royal Albert Hall in London. Currently Gilmour is in the midst of a five show run at the venue, which is to support his 2015 album, Rattle The Lock. Cumberbatch sang most of the song conversationally and after he delivered the line, “That’ll keep you going through the show/ Come on, it’s time to go,” he handed the rest of the performance over to Gilmour. This isn’t the first time Cumberbatch has been involved in the music world. The actor previously recorded the song “Can’t Keep It Inside” for the August: Osage County soundtrack, alongside musicians like Bon Iver and Kings of Leon. Gilmour’s five show run at Royal Albert Hall wraps up on Friday, September 30. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
