Jack Osbourne told the story of his father’s misdirected text message on Conan. Ozzy Osbourne accidently texted Robert Plant the message, “I can’t find the cat.” Ozzy, along with his son Jack were on television promoting their upcoming show for the History Channel, Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour. The clip raised the issue of Ozzy’s poor navigation skills. Conan O’Brien suggested that instead of trying to read maps that Ozzy try one of the many mobile phone applications to do the navigating for him. The bewildered Ozzy suggested that he might “send the wrong message.” This drew laughter from the audience and Conan had to explain that there was no message sending involved. When Jack revealed the anecdote of the Plant/ cat message, Conan’s mind took off into another direction.
