The Rolling Stones put up a ten-second clip of a song from their upcoming blues album. The clip is featured on the band’s official website. This arrives just before the big announcement the band is supposes to be making on October 6. Many have speculated that the new announcement will be in relation to the upcoming blues album. This will be the first studio album for the Stones since their 2005 release, A Big Banger. There are no official details about the album. However, reports have confirmed that the album will be blues covers. The album will also feature Eric Clapton on at least one track. While sources have not confirmed even an approximate release date for the upcoming album, fans do have other Stones material to look forward to.
