The company revealed the project at the 2016 New York Comic Con, the Hollywood Reporter reports. The comic book is called simply Lennon and is based on a 2010 novel by French writer David Foenkinos. The comic book is scheduled to be released this May. The original book told Lennon’s story through sessions with a theapist. Using that device, it touches on aspects of the rock legend’s entire life.
