Gregg Allman has announced a slate of winter concerts that will hit eight cities in the southern United States. Allman has played sparingly in recent months, after serious health issues forced him to cancel 28 shows back in August. He recently played at the Laid Back Festival in Atlanta and performed an acoustic set at Red Rocks in Colorado back in September. The winter tour will kick off with two performances in Savannah, Georgia on December 30 and 31. Allman will then perform in cities like Biloxi, Birmingham and Chattanooga among others. He will wrap up the tour with a four-night stand at the Grand Opera House in his hometown of Macon, Georgia January 17-21. Before the winter tour begins, Allman will also be playing at the City Winery in New York City November 6 through November 18. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
