A new string of concerts are being put together in honor of David Bowie. Many who collaborated with Bowie are helping to make this soon-to-be memorable event happen. Former Bowie pianist Mike Garson will be chief among the collaborators to participate. Garson performed with the sensational pop star for decades. Also in the act are long time guitarists Adrian Belew and Earl Slick. Vocal performers Holly Palmer and Cat Russell will be in the mix. As will former drummers Sterling Campbell and Zachary Alford, guitarist Gerry Leonard, bassist Gail Ann Dorsey and producer Mark Plati. A press release stated the concerts will feature “Bowie People Performing Bowie Music Bowie Style.” The tour will be worldwide and begin early next year.
