The New York Post reported that Motley Crue is being sued by The Raskins, a band that performed as an opening act for them on their 2014 tour. Logan and Roger Raskin have filed a lawsuit in the Manhattan Supreme Court seeking $30 million from Motley Crue’s management team. The Raskins allege in the complaint the contract that they negotiated before the tour was not honored. They claim they were forced to play short sets in mostly empty concert venues because the managers refused to open the doors for the shows. The lawsuit also alleges that the Raskins were denied dressing rooms, weren’t allowed to sell merchandise and were hazed by members of Motley Crue. The most disturbing allegation stems from a show in Darien, Connecticut, where the Raskins were allegedly sprayed by water guns filled with urine by members of Motley Crue’s crew.
