The Rolling Stones have released a video for a track off their forthcoming album, Blue and Lonesome. The cover song, “Hate To See You Go,” was originally penned by Little Walter and released in 1954 on Checker Records. The video is a mix of cityscape scenes and the Stones in the studio, often times side by side in a split screen. The song is an up-tempo number, which stays true to the original version by Walter. As suggested in the title, the song deals with the hardships of a breakup. The album Blue and Lonesome was recorded over three days in London’s British Grove Studios. There are no overdubs on the recording, which lends to its authentic blues feel. The record was produced by longtime Stones producer, Don Was. The album will be released December 2 on Polydor Records. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
