Axl Rose lashed out at Donald Trump, in perhaps the most appropriate form of communicating with the president-elect–a tweet. Vice president-elect Mike Pence attended the performance of Hamilton. At the end of the performance, the star of the play Brandon Victor Dixon addressed Pence directly. In a prepared statement he said, “We hope this show has inspired you to uphold our American values, and work on behalf of ALL of us.” To this, Trump tweeted “Hamilton cast harassed Pence,'” and asked for an apology. Rose decided to put his thoughts to a tweet and said, “Do u ever stop whining? An apology? Seriously?! U won, this is the job, get on with it or get out of the kitchen.” The titular character of the play, Javier Munoz is gay and HIV-positive. As governor of Indiana, Pence signed a bill, which permitted businesses to discriminate against the LGBTQ community. Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
