Rumors of Elton John performing at Donald Trump’s inauguration have been put to rest. The New York Post quoted a representative of John’s who simply stated, “Elton will not be performing at Trump’s inauguration.” Anthony Scaramucci, a member of Trump’s transition team has publicly stated that John would indeed be performing at Trump’s inauguration. Scaramucci claims Trump has a “commitment to gay rights” and even stated “This will be the first American president in U.S. history that enters the White House with a pro-gay rights stance.” John has openly supported Hilary Clinton throughout the presidential campaign. At an October Democratic fundraiser, John stated, “We need a humanitarian in the White House, not a barbarian.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
