Foreigner released a video for their new single “The Flame Still Burns.” The track is the titular song off the group’s four-track EP. The song was written back in 1998 by Foreigner founding member Mick Jones. It was written for the film of the same year, Still Crazy. The film featured a fictional band called Strange Fruit, who performed the song. The Flame Still Burns is a special Record Store Day release. The ten-inch record features the group’s debut single “Feels Like the First Time.” There is also a remastered version of their 1977 single “Long, Long Way From Home” and a live version of “Juke Box Hero.” Rhino Records is releasing the album in a limited run of 1,500 copies. The release coincides with the band’s 40th anniversary. Foreigner is planning for an extensive tour in 2017. Updates will be made available on the band’s official website.
